Semester 1

Although I am unable to share the details of what our inaugural campaign entailed, I’ll walk you through our process. As this semester marked the first of Tanger and Cadency’s partnership, we had a lot of research to conduct. We dove deep to understand why and how Gen Z is shopping. Our research led to some key insights surrounded around the importance of experiences. These insights shaped the strategy for our campaign, Experience Tanger.

In April, my team had the privilege of presenting our final strategic campaign to Stephen Yalof, CEO of Tanger, and Devin Ostermann, Media Director. I am fortunate that I was chosen as one of the presenters and had the opportunity to articulate all of the work my team put in — in just 4 months!

Semester 2

In my second semester on the Tanger account, I was promoted to Account Manager. This semester, we dove into all things ambassador programs. We have seen that every brand wants boots on the ground marketing for their products, and the best way to reach their targeted demographic is through campus ambassadors. We know that an ambassador program can make a huge different in foot traffic for Tanger, so we took the semester to build a complete college ambassador program. From creating personas, building out platforms, creating sample content and training guides, we thought of everything Tanger would need to get this program up and running.

Additionally, our team handled two “ sprint” projects that were worked on throughout the course of the semester. I took the lead on our AI sprint, where we created a social media workflow automation program.

I am immensely grateful for my time in Cadency, and I don’t take anything for granted. Cadency was a transformative experience that I will continue to learn and grow from.
