The world is changing with AI, so we have to change with it.

Per client ask, my group leveraged AI tools to create a content ideation, creation, and performance optimization workflow using AI tools.

The goal? To speed up content creation while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Ideation 1:

This workflow takes you through the process of starting with an idea for social content, then AI takes that and makes a complete post.

CREATING THE CONTENT

First, you input what kind of post you want to make. Categories could be seasonal, pop culture, promotion, etc. You also enter any necessary data that your AI tools need to know in order to create the post.

You hit send, which sends a trigger to your AI companion. AI then reviews this proposal and analyzes your input based on recent trends. If you are making a photo, the AI would send the information to NanoBanana, Google Lab’s leading image generator. For a video, the AI would send a trigger to VEO 3. To formulate copy, such as a caption, AI would transfer relevant information to a chat bot.

  • simultaneously, this information is being stored into a data table.

Once the post is created, it is sent to a different agent that is equipped to check the post for all brand standards. This could be logo placement, brand tone, voice, and more.

  • these changes are made and sent to the data table.

Once the post is made and reviewed by AI, it gets sent to the “human in the loop.” For this purpose, this would be reviewer, which would be the marketing department as a whole.

  • the owner would be the specific content creator who wants to make the post.

If the content is not approved and changes are to be made, the content goes back to the AI bot to perform additional changes.

Once changes are made and the post is approved by the reviewer, the finalized post contents get added back into the table.

The post then gets sent to the owner (the specific content creator) who can then schedule or send a trigger to post the content.

CONTENT POSTING AND OPTIMIZATION

The scheduling agent then understands what social media platforms the content is to be posted on and finds the optimal time for engagement. Then, it posts!

The owner can schedule a certain time trigger to send post analytics data. For this purpose, we chose 48 hours after the post is live.

You can input the certain KPI’s you want to track into the analytics agent. This agent will measure engagement and KPI’s, then send them when prompted to an excel sheet for analyzation.

*This agent is designed to learn from previous posts and statistics to mature and become better with age
